I am a single mother of 3. A full time college student, who will not have to work while I am at UW!!! I have found something here to keep me going when I wonder… “Is this REALLY worth it?”
YA-da-Ya-da Bad childhood, ghetto life—> Changed it and didn't have a place to belong  anymore. I didn't fit in anywhere, I went to school and had a complete mind fu**, about what I thought the world was like. Felt awful for how everyone portrayed it to be.
Here I feel there are people that are truly trying to make it better, not just having pipe dreams (Pipe dreams are great when you do something to make them your reality).

Make sure what you are working for is what is going to make you and others happy in the long run……I said happy not prosperous…. not that I'm not saying both can't exist!!!

I am excited to see what becomes of this. :)
